Swim Info:
many of our members swim with master’s teams.  2 of the most popular teams / workouts are Highlands Ranch Master’s and DU.  Information about both can be found through Colorado Masters Swimming Association (www.comsa.org).

Chatfield:
we are lucky to have a great location for open water swimming.  The gravel pond at Chatfield State Park allows open water swimming on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings   (May – September).  Bring your wetsuit and membership card (our club insurance coverage allows you to swim).  It is located on the south side of the park, total distance across is approximately 900m.

Bike Info:

Club Rides:  Saturdays at 10:00am / 9:00am after time changes.  Location will vary so check the message board or weekly email.  Most of the time this will be a road ride, occasionally we will go off road.  Hopefully the first 1-2 hours this will be an easy, social ride (no one gets dropped and/or we wait and regroup).  After 1-2 hours go for it.

If you have questions about riding in a group and a paceline please ask one of the team or board members.  We want everyone to have fun and be included (and not get dropped!).

Run Info:

Club Runs:  Sundays at 8:00am.  Check the message board and weekly email for location and distances.  Usually people go for breakfast afterwards.

Track Workouts:  Some people will probably meet (informal group) Tuesdays at 6:00pm from May 13th – August 12th at HR HS.
