TS: 10x50 at 60-70% effort 10” rest.
MS: 3x300 build effort by 100 30”rest.
Cool Down: 150 choice swim.

Warm Up: 2x (200 swim, 100 pull, 100 kick)
TS: 10x50 at 60-70% effort 10” rest.
MS: 3x400 build effort by 100 30”rest. 6x50 at 85% 10” rest.
